Is this you?
Leaking when you laugh, cough, run or jump
A feeling of heaviness or dragging down below
Pelvic, hip or lower back pain that keeps coming back
Recovering after birth and not feeling like yourself
Changes through perimenopause and menopause
Tension or disconnection, and not sure where to start
If any of these sound familiar, you're not alone, and there's a lot we can do together.
Hi, I'm Victoria
I help women understand their pelvis and feel strong, steady and comfortable in their bodies again.
I've spent more than ten years studying pelvic health, and my sessions combine yoga, breathwork and clear, practical education. Whether you're dealing with pelvic floor symptoms, recovering after birth or noticing changes through menopause, we work at your pace, with no jargon and no judgement.
““From the moment I started discussing my health with Victoria, she was listening and understanding me. The way she has explained what is going on in my body has been much more insightful than any previous medical practitioner and we were able to cover all aspects of my life that might be contributing to my physical pain with ease and non-judgement. The follow up information has been concise and the links to other videos have been a fabulous back up to our appointment. I am looking forward to making progress with Victoria’s assistance. “”

“Victoria is amazing and has been a life-changing support to me as a Mum of 3 who didn’t realise I could feel physically and mentally so much better than I had been. More mothers need to know it’s possible to feel in less pain, stronger, more agile and like themselves again and Victoria has that ability with her deep knowledge and passion for the female body and its capabilities”
