Yoga and Meditation Day Retreat in Peak District

I am delighted to be offering this day retreat in the Peak District.

It will be a day to immerse yourself in yoga, self care and nature. 

The last day retreat I ran in April was truly special (if you would like to read all about it follow the journal link in the toolbar.) so I am thrilled to be offering something similar once again.

You can be sure to receive meditations, an energising practice, a restorative practice and a longer walk out in nature with some delicious healthy food.

All you need to do is show up, be open and get everything you can out of it. 

This is time to get connected or reconnected to yourself and this wonderful planet. I truly believe that by loving and healing yourself you are healing the world as a whole. We are one, what you eat and where it comes from to what and how you use things from this earth.

I do so hope this resinates with you and I look forward to sharing this experience with you.

International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice (aka the first official day of summer) both coincide prompting sun saluting celebrations. And because the Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, we’ll have extra daylight to celebrate properly so I thought let's have a yoga party!!

Outside, to enjoy mother natures delights! Along with music, delicious treats and of course plenty of yoga!

oin us for our next Clean Yoga event! 

Sunday 17th March 
10am start
The Forest Rec, meet by the pavilion. 

We'll start with a sixty minute energising yoga practice outdoors followed by cleaning up the park, giving back to us and giving back to the environment. 

This is a free event but donations are welcome for the Canal & River Trust. 

This event is suitable for all but you must be free from injury. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one or a towel. No need to book, just turn up!

Clean Yoga : Swap Shop

We then invite you to bring, swap and share any unwanted Christmas gifts, clothes, anything you have been meaning to drop into the charity shop or stuff which has been simply hanging around the house.

Something you may no longer need maybe perfect for another. This is something we have done with friends in the past making and we thought we would share this idea with all of you.

Anything left over will be recycled, re-homed or given to a local charity or homeless shelter.

We also ask you to make a donation/contribution on the day to the Canal and River Trust.
