This class is like nothing else on the market, a truly restorative and empowering practice dedicated to women’s pelvic health and healing.
Through gentle, intelligent movement and breathwork
Self Care Sundays, Manor Arts, Beeston
Bi-Monthly Gatherings, where we share a sacred two hours to pause and journey inwards.
A nourishing blend of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and a beautiful guided Tropic skincare ritual designed to help you soften, slow down, and reconnect to the spirit within.
Third Sunday of the Month, either 10-12pm or 5-7pm
Summer Yoga Series at FORTIS
Fortnightly Sundays July/Aug - 6-7PM
Yoga at FORTIS offers an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect as the sun begins to set over the farm and the barn settles into its evening calm.
Exploring both strength and softness in equal measure, the practice offers an opportunity to move with intention, build awareness and experience the grounding qualities of yoga.

Yoga for pelvic health workshop
Pelvic health is central to our vitality, yet we can have many challenges in this area.
Rather than focusing solely on strengthening the pelvic floor, Victoria works with the whole body approach, supporting breath, posture, nervous system regulation, mobility, and pelvic awareness to help restore balance and function. Sessions combine yoga, breathwork, relaxation, and practical pelvic education in a gentle and empowering way.
This approach helps women reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and feel more supported in their healing journey.

I invite you to join me for a day or afternoon retreat. A day to immerse yourself in yoga, self care, nature and nourishment.
I appreciate a full weekend retreat can sometimes be hard to commitment to, arranging child care, time off, finances etc. So here I am offering an alternative.

One day or half day to indulge in you. A chance to reconnect and reset or to go further into yourself than you would in a usual hour practice.
