How healthy is your pelvis?
Victoria Louise offers a compassionate, yoga-based approach to pelvic floor and pelvic health, informed by over a decade of specialist study and practice.
Rather than focusing solely on strengthening the pelvic floor, Victoria works with the whole body approach, supporting breath, posture, nervous system regulation, mobility, and pelvic awareness to help restore balance and function. Sessions combine yoga, breathwork, relaxation, and practical pelvic education in a gentle and empowering way.
Her work draws from Charlie Speller’s Biomagickal Pelvis approach, Poppy Perinatal Yoga with Cat Allen, the embodiment and nervous system principles of Ana Forrest, alongside Ana Crowl’s Pelvic Health Education.
Women choose to work with Victoria for support with pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, hip and pelvic pain, sciatica, recurrent UTIs, constipation, pregnancy and postnatal recovery, scar tissue healing, menstrual and menopausal changes, and symptoms connected to tension, weakness, or imbalance in the pelvis.
This approach helps women reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and restore stability and flexibility, to balance the whole being.
Is it time to reclaim your pelvic power?

“‘I didn’t know how much was “stuck” in my pelvis and I feel calmer and definitely interested in doing more’”
“‘I am feeling somewhat liberated following the session as it has confirmed my belief that I hold so much pain, trauma and unhappiness in my pelvic area. I can appreciate not feeling safe in my body and am keen to pursue this type of healing work. Thank you. ‘”
