I'm Victoria Louise, currently on Maternity Leave taking precious time to nourish myself and my new family.

I am a Wellbeing Guide and Holistic Healer, delivering Yoga, Mindful Movement and Meditation practices across Nottinghamshire and online.

My mission is to inspire the people I meet and help them lead happy healthy sustainable lifestyles, understanding more about their habits on and off the mat. To help discover more about themselves to enable self healing and to help heal this beautiful world in which we live.

I hope you will join me in creating a community in Nottingham one of connection, love and understanding to one another and the earth.

“I absolute love Vicky’s class! I have a chronic lower back pain and I genuinely felt so much better in the last four weeks. Some of poses she showed us were mentioned in the physio guide for back pain, but I never had a chance to practice under observation of the professional. I did not realise how a slight change in the position (slight change in the angle, a bit move forward etc.) changes the total dynamic of the body and the whole experience!
