Is to motivate, educate and inspire a wild, holistic and active lifestyle which works around your daily routine, to free yourself from the struggles life throws at you. It’s about taking responsibility and power back for your own well-being. 

To encourage a more mindful, considerate and conscious approach to living in the environment  we share with others.

To teach, share ideas and suggestions of ways we can be kinder to ourselves, others, and our world. To represent the change. It has to start somewhere, respect yourself, respect others, respect the world.

To educate the important of breath, to encourage people to breath freely, to move freely, to find freedom.

I choose to reuse, refill and recycle. Creating more awareness about the world problem with plastics, litter and waste. To look at ways of living more sustainably, with zero waste and care for our environment.

I have suffered with lower back pain for about 5 years. It’s mainly due to sitting at a computer all day and having poor posture. It was getting unbearable so I decided to contact Victoria and attend one of her yoga sessions. I’ve been going weekly for about 2 months now and I have started to notice a massive reduction in my back pain. Throughout the week I hardly feel more than the odd ache in my lower back, and that is reducing week by week. The sessions have also made me more aware of the way that I use/hold my back in everyday life, and the breathing and meditation parts of the session are so valuable - and give me a nice relaxing rest! Victoria’s sessions are really right for me and I would suggest that anyone who wants to get stronger in a low impact (and quite relaxing) way to give it a go.

I went to Victoria’s Yoga with Essential Oils last night and it was everything I needed and more! As a dancer and teacher, my body and mind is always on the go and relaxing is a struggle. Vicky’s class really encouraged me to relax and explore how my body feels, pushing myself only as far as comfortable in the present moment and letting go of any worries. I would highly recommend any of Victoria’s classes, from yoga to ballet fit!

First Ballet fit class at The Holistic Hub last night with Vicky! It was amazing and loved every minute of it. It was a great workout which left me feeling absolutely shattered at the end, but didn’t realise during the session as I was having so much fun!!! I would highly recommend to everyone even if you have zero dance experience!

Vicky does a lovely yoga class, I look forward to it every week. She is always happy and smiley and I always leave feeling positive. She pushes you to your full potential and ensures your form is correct, which is really helpful. I’ll be sad when I leave Notts and can’t go to her classes anymore!
